Name, phone, and email are stored with AES-256-GCM (quantum-resistant symmetric encryption). Copy both values now — the encryption key is shown only this once.

Dealers use this 5-digit code to open Queue only. Leave it blank until you create one.

Required for unencrypted Excel downloads and for deleting all records. Enter the current passphrase to change it.
Data retention
Drop-offs and event cards are purged 60 days after the event date. Extend a deadline or delete everything now (passphrase required).
Email confirmations
Confirmations send from [email protected] through the site mailbox.
Customers get a message with their claim code, drop-off time, and item list after they submit.
